Shipping & Returns

We currently offer Standard Shipping for all online orders, with delivery times typically ranging from 3–5 business days.

Pre-Order Shipping Schedule:

• All pre-orders placed on or before Saturday, June 13 at 7:00 PM EST will be processed and shipped no later than Monday, June 15 by 5:00 PM EST.
• Pre-orders placed after Saturday, June 13 at 7:01 PM EST will be processed and shipped no later than Thursday, June 18 by 5:00 PM EST.
• After these pre-order periods, all orders will be subject to a 1 business day processing time, followed by 3–5 business days for standard shipping.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.

Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

All sales are final.

Due to the limited nature of our merchandise, including pre-orders and made-to-order items, Champions Merch does not accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds on any purchases.

Please review your order carefully, including product selection, sizing, colors, shipping information, and quantities before completing your purchase. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled, modified, returned, exchanged, or refunded.

In the event that you receive an incorrect item or an item that arrives damaged, please contact a Champions Merch Brand Ambassador at (945) 365-5563 within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue so we can review and assist you accordingly.
